We stayed here spontaneously for 3 nights to avoid the long weekend in the national parks.
Already at the check-in we were warmly welcomed and throughout the complete stay we were amazed by the super friendly and helping employees.

Apart from this, the rooms were very clean and equipped with evrrything that you need.

Breakfast was good, there was a variety of food & drinks (like bagels, oatmeal scrambled eggs, fruits, juice, coffee, etc.).

The hotel is located very centrally in walki g distance to all sightseeing spots and a lot of restaurants.

We had a really good stay and can highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is well located right next the Memorial Park a fine place for a walk after dinner. Plenty of fine restaurants in walking distance. You can walk several blocks to the shopping district. The views from the 11th floor are excellent and include the Calgary Tower. The Hotel staff is well trained and quite friendly.

Room tip: Eleventh floor corner rooms have fantastic view of the Calgary Tower.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. You could buy snacks and conveniences from the reception area. The hotel has a lovely buffet breakfast every morning held in a guest lounge and they do it very well for their guests. The room was very tidy and about a 15 minute walk to The Stampede or the City.
We would recommend staying here.

Stayed one night. The staff was totally friendly. The hotel was immaculate. The beds were SO comfortable! The bathroom was spacious, and we had plenty of fluffy towels. The morning breakfast was surprisingly tasty. The valet parking was very expensive, but they took great care of the car and had it ready for us exactly when requested.

Great place. A bit pricey especially since you have to pay for parking too. However rooms are first rate, service is great. Very safe. You need a keycard to get to the floors with rooms. No smoking inside anywhere. Breakfast is your typical hotel fare and they quit serving early during the week. 8:30am. Handy for walking to most everywhere.
