We stayed for 3 nights in a Cooper Cabin. Overall not cheap but worth the price. The view from the cabin was fantastic as was the location of the lodge just a few miles from Lake Louise. The cabin was immaculate clean, featured a fully equipped kitchen and a tasteful bathroom with ample space. The cabin itself was rustic but cozy. We had breakfast on our patio every morning and enjoyed the mountain view. Overall a great stay. Would always return here.

Day 2 of our road trip in the rockies in June , we arrived in the afternoon & checked into the saddleback suite which was spacious.A bedroom with a couch & a queen bed & another room with 2 queens ,a small kitchenette & adequate bathroom, All very neat & clean with nice toiletries in the bathroom, complimentary granola bars, cereal & coffee satchets & basic cookware which could have used some cleaning. Anyhow we were 2 families traveling together & as we were really tired after all the driving we just went upto the town centre ( 5 mins drive ) the grocery store & deli & brought back food to the lodge for dinner. Lake Louise & Lake Moraine were really a short drive away & spectacular. We also did the gondola which was a further drive away ( good views of LL but pretty pricey). In hind sight should have done a hike instead but we were short of time & tired.
The lodge was conveniently located on the motorway but since our rooms were at the back it was really quiet. The reception area had free tea/coffeee & good wifi. Rooms had sketchy signals.
We loved the lodge but were there unfortunately for 1 night. Everything is expensive in the Rockies so price wise not very economical but if you want comfortable accommodation in a good location then Paradise works.

Room Tip: Anything at the back.

This was the best hotel we stayed in out of our three destinations during our vacation. Our cabin/bungalow was clean and spacious. There was a microwave and a small sort of kitchen area with a fridge. The kettle could use a thorough cleaning - we opted to just go to the lobby to grab coffee and tea that they have out during to the day and not use the kettle because it looked quite dirty. In the morning they also offer some granola bars, which is thoughtful.

You could tell a lot of care goes into the lodge - small details that demonstrate that those who manage the place want it to be pleasant experience for the guests. That is much appreciated after staying in other hotels during our trip that were highly disappointing especially given how expensive they were. You can tell those places did the bare minimum for their guests, but at a premium price point.

The location is a quick drive away from Lake Louise. It was quiet though we faced a main road. We wished we had more time here.

Stayed for 1 night in September this year.
The property is beautiful and well maintained. Rooms were very nice and spotlessly clean.
When my husband came back to the car after checking in he said he thought that the staff were possibly the most polite he'd ever spoken with, and that's a great compliment as we travel a lot!
The location is fantastic for both Moraine and Louise lakes. We watched sunrise at Moraine and then moved over to Lake Louise before returning to the lodge for breakfast.
Free coffee, breakfast bars and oatmeal were supplied in the rooms and also in reception which was a nice touch.
It's quite expensive to stay here, we stopped in 10 different hotels on our trip and this was by far the most costly, but if you want a great location for the lakes and like good service I'd highly recommend.

Room Tip: If you've got heavy bags or mobility issues ask for a ground floor room as you have to carry your cases up the stairs.

What a great gem. Filled with history. Great location and great place to stay. Staff were extremely friendly. Would certainly stay there again and really recommend it. Surrounded by trees and mountain views.

Room Tip: Stayed in the Wilson Cabin. Great cabin.
