When we arrived the tiny restaurant was full. There is no room to wait. We were given a little piece of parer and told to come back in 5 minutes.
On the paper it gave us a time to arrive and 5 minutes grace, after that our table would given to others.
We returned promptly and out table was ready. You place your at the counter and pay right away. You help yourself to water, napkins, cutlery and condiments.
The food arrives piping hot and .delicious. We ordered Ramen. We both had the specials. I had the vegetarian one, the broth is very good, there could have been more veggies. The servers are fast and friendly but lingering is not encouraged.
In Japan ramen is a fast food. That Is the way it was served here. We both enjoyed our meals very much.
