We were staying in the hotel and used Pacini late one evening. The staff were pleasant and helpful. There was a wide choice from the menu but the taste of the food was more adequate than exciting.

We stayed at the hotel and the restaurant is conveniently located inside it. We only ate breakfasts at Pacini. No big complaints - food was fine. The solo+ breakfast is expensive for what you get. A tiny egg, 4 strips of bacon, potato slices (enjoyed), and a few little pieces of fruit. You can also have bread - it's a serve yourself option - the bread bar. You can grill it. There is butter and and a variety of jams nearby. However, if you want peanut butter, you will need to ask. They keep it tucked away because of allergy concerns.

We planned to go there for supper and dessert (desserts sounded delicious)...but our other activities while visiting the area took priority. Perhaps next time!

Arrived late and wanted something quick to eat. We ordered the Margherita pizza which was tasty, but what really blew us away was the Spinach Artichoke cheese dip. Hands down the best we ever had!

We were staying at hotel next door, checked the menu at Pacini and decided it would be a good place for supper. Turned out to be a great choice - hardest part was selecting our meal as they have a great menu. Restaurant is very appealing - lots of windows so it is bright and airy. Service was first rate - and our meals were excellent.

Discovered its sister restaurant by accident in Montreal and loved it. Saw the same sign in Banff and had to try. Turns out are related - seems is a franchise. Bit pricey - but for a special night out with the family was enjoyed by all. The do it yourself bread bar is fun. No kids complaining they are hungry and when is the food coming... Love the garlic butter on thick whole wheat... Everything we have tried - we have been back a few times this year- has been excellent from flatbread pizzas to pastas and to the salmon and chicken.
Just found there is also one near us in Calgary... Kids are excited - new place for our special occasions...
