Quaint place on an amazing piece of property right on the ocean. The rooms are well appointed and clean. The "included" breakfast for the price however was disappointing. We had no choice and waited for breakfast to arrive. Two pieces of raisin bread cooked similar to french toast, icing sugar sprinkled on, two very thin and crisp bacon, and two watermelon wedges. I would have rather paid for breakfast and got some protein instead of the carbs.

Hi Doug,
We ask for guest breakfast preference upon check in, it's even on our guest registration sheet. Eggs are always an option for breakfast. I apologize if this information was not passed along to you. Our guests can also request another serving if they aren't satisfied with the portion that is provided.
Thank you for your feedback,
Jonathan Joseph

We spent 2 nights here and it has been the highlight of our east coast vacation. John and Elana are amazing and made us feel right at home. Seafood boil and s'mores on the beach were amazing! Highly recommended if you enjoy amazing sunsets, Nova Scotia breakfast (lobster omelette) and tranquil views.

We stayed two nights and loved every minute. The Hosts John and his lovely wife were friendly and attentive. We did the lobster and sea food dinner outdoors and it was fabulous! Afterwards John set up a fire and we did s'mores....such a memorable evening. Breakfasts are to die for! Highly recommend.

Stayed on night at the lodge. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful.
Homemade waffles light and fluffy, yum. Bacon was locally cured, delicious.
Owners and staff were very accommodating. I would recommend them.
