We had a fabulous time yet again at Vidanta! Accomodations were great and the grounds are amazing! BUT...the sales team is just awful. Wasted our whole day, tried to make us feel ignorant and and not business/investor savy enough to see the "good" deal on the table. So humiliating and infuriating. Also took our $20 deposit to ensure we would attend the sales pitch but never gave it back as promised and this was after several calls and trips to the front desk. We will happily return to Vidanta and would high recommend booking with this renter but avoid the sales pitch.

Impressive resort. Large, yet easy to walk. Lovely amenities, facilities, grounds, and staff. Our 3yo loved it.

I am very pleased that you and your family had fantastic holiday. Please check us back soon. Nuevo Vallarta soon will soon have their theme park and cirque De soleil...and many more things will happen at this resort and 6 other resorts around in Mexico.
