I just visited Boccone Bistro for the first time with a group of four friends, all of whom were also new to the restaurant. We all enjoyed it.
The menu features a well-rounded assortment of Italian dishes, including several preparations of veal, steaks Italian style, a number of pasta dishes, fish plates, risotto, and four different varieties of salad. A special that evening was sea scallops. They also offer wine and cocktails.
Our group sampled two veal dishes, arugula salad, a thick and perfectly cooked tuna steak, and some pasta dishes. We selected a bottle of red wine suggested by the waiter. We thought it was all good! It was accompanied by fresh, warm bread.
The restaurant is intimate, with a small patio for outdoor dining. Boccone is located adjacent to a large parking lot, so parking is convenient and plentiful. The restaurant and outdoor space are both on the second floor, and look out on the parking area. Service was attentive.
