This was our third trip and I can't say how much I love Club Cascadas. The rooms are fantastic and the staff (restaurant, cleaning, beach staff) are wonderful. However, we rented a villa and on our third day in the middle of the afternoon we were informed we had to move because there was a leak in the villa above us. We were offered no help to move all our things and no one apologized. When we got to the villa it was smaller and there was no air on or fans on. The smell was disgusting. It almost spelled like there were pesticides sprayed. My friend went to the front desk to complain and they treated her terribly. Not one apology for the inconvenience and they looked at her like she was crazy. I was sleeping in the living room and they had not made the bed. They had to bring in a separate mattress because the one that was on the bed was disgusting. It really hurts me to say this but we were so disappointed. It is not the staff it is the Front Desk. They need to learn about customer service. They didn't even offer to buy us a drink. However, after all our complaining they comped us for breakfast. We did not want anything for free all we wanted was an apology and for the inconvenience. I want to be clear this has nothing to do with the staff (restaurant, Juanita in the coffee shop, the staff who helped on the beach, cleaning staff) we loved them and they remembered us from last year and all hugged us. They are simply stupendous. The front desk needs to be sent for customer service courses or someone needs to sit down with them and explain that when you come back the third year in a row you expect a little respect. Even if it is your first time...respect and courtesy mean a lot. My friend is a nurse and she recommend the resort to two of her doctor friends. All three of us recommend it to friends. However, despite the Front Desk and their rudeness we had a great time and that is because of the wonderful staff they have. Even the people who clean the pool and sweep the walkways are wonderful. We will come back next year, but the Front Desk needs help in customer service.

Room Tip: We love the villas. They are great and spotless and lots of room.

I am so sorry to hear of your recent stay. Let me research with the front desk and management team to see what happened. Fortunately 99.9% of our guests rave about all of our staff, but I am very sorry for your experience. We'll get back to you shortly, but we want you back!

My wife so I just got back from our two week trip to Cabo, and I have to write something about Cascades as we make it a point to dine there whenever we are in town. We went there two years ago and were so impressed with the food and dining right on the beach, but of course we went back this year.

Aside from the very beautiful Cascades room accommodations which wind through a tropical paradise to rooms that you might find on some remote island, their dining options are impeccable. Ceviche, red snapper, and there ever popular prime rib special, are just a few of their specialties. Another beautiful thing was that cascades is just a short walk home down the beach from the hotel where we stayed. At night, it’s enchanting while you’re there and topped off with a beautiful romantic walk home .

This is a “must do” for us whenever we are there, and I guarantee it will be on your list as well.

Room Tip: Many of the rooms have hammocks installed in the trees outside of the patios, which is quite alluring

Have been to Mexico many times but never to Cabo. We booked this hotel because it was close to the downtown area of Cabo and it was relatively inexpensive. We had a one bedroom suite which exceeded all our expectations. It was bright, spacious and fully equipped for all our needs. The kitchen was huge and featured a huge fridge with filtered water and ice maker. The house keeping and maintenance of the suite and the entire resort was impeccable. There are 2 pools with swim up bars (one with sushi chef) and many of the villas have their own pools. The beach front was great and within a 15 minute walk to the town center. Most of the people that we met around the pool seemed to be long time owners or repeat visitors. The only downside is that most suites and villas do not have an ocean view, but it as certainly made up but the friendliness and warmth of the staff and guests. Will certainly return here again!

Room Tip: Many of the suites in the villas have pools but not all.

This is not a high rise-no TV's in the rooms. It is a beautiful oasis with service second to none! We have timeshares here & have been coming for 15 years-never disappointed. Love the staff members and keep in touch throughout the year. The architecture and story of this resort is magical. The Giddings Family created such a special place for all of us. The food is wonderful-where else can you enjoy a candlelight dinner ON the beach while enjoying peaceful live background music and being pampered by our waiter guys that we love.
Cascadas is a blessing, and we treasure our time here. The people of Cabo are warm, inviting, and helpful. They are happy & always have a smile. It pulls at my heartstrings every time we leave. ❤️you Cascadas family!

My wife and booked our vacation through Trading Places associated with Wyndham. We were both extremely satisfied with the Resort. It was very near shops and the location had a great view of the harbor. The staff members and restaurant waiters were all very courteous. The 1BR unit we has was well furnished with cookware, dishes and appliances. There are AC units in the living room and BR areas with ceiling fans in other areas...very uncomfortable. There are no TVs in the units but there are some in the Clubhouse, the Sports bar and the exercise room. There is WiFi on the property so you can stream video. Loved the layout and design of the property...we will return to this resort.
