We've rented 4 rooms in this hotel and one of the room was papala 1 which was very expensive for what it has in reality. First of all, it has only 3 walls, you have your own terrance but because is no door to the terrace you hear every noise from outside. Near the terrace is the chimney of the downstairs restaurant and you fell like you are living in a kitchen from 6-12 in the night and the noise is awful. The day we checked-in it rained and the sheets were a little bit wet because we had a hole in the roof :) see the picture. I wouldn't recommend this room not until they we' ll fix it. The other rooms we've rented were small but ok.

This place is great! Had 2 girls with us age, 18 & 19. They had their own room and we felt totally safe. Rooms are small, clean and efficient. Bathrooms are a little tight but, it gets the job done. We love the common space provided for travelers who wanted to cook their own meals, crap coffee and chat with other travelers. Location, location, location! Will be back!
Be sure to check out the restaurant right next door - Cesena's. Great pizzas, beautiful craft cocktails, and gourmet dishes served nightly for a very reasonable price and great service.

A funky little hostel...Safe, clean, central to the fun that is Cabo San Lucas. Bilingual, very accommodating, caring staff. Beautiful terrace with plants, the smell of eucalyptus, a hammock, comfy sofa to chill on overlooking town and out to you ocean. Rooms are very basic, but fine for a hostel. Pool on terrace is size of large hottub. Communal kitchen and seating has all a person needs and is confortable. Only short on airy windows (which helps block out city noise), but air conditioning and fans are good. Only complaint...the smell of sewer sneaks up in bathrooms when Cabo is full of tourists.

This isn't a beach front resort but it is within walking distance to Marina, shopping and great hole in the wall restaurants, very fine dinning and great entertainment. This hotel gives you a taste of real Mexican life. The people are great here, the staff are very accommodating. The hotel room is small and you don't have much privacy within it from others who are in the room, but for $39 a night and a taste of true Mexican culture, who cares! You have to stay here at least once to experience where the locals eat and shop. It's only a few blocks from the active tourist area. It's perfect if your trying to get away from the same crowds that keep you up late and annoy you, but also great if your there to party and have fun. It's a safe short walk to what you need. Police patrol the area very well and are very nice to tourist.

Awesome place, awesome people. Always willing to help with anything. Great location; walking access to beach, marina, shopping, etc. Everone that works there wants to help. I love that many of the fellow travelers share stories in the common area of the hotel. The stories and activities that were shared with us, the open environment, shared dinners, the ability to visit with others are all truly a unique experiences you can't get anywhere else. I love the family feel to this place. Your next room neighbor will be your friend before you leave. As a matter of fact, many of your fellow Cabo Inn travelers will be your friend before you leave. Friends, access to everything Cabo and a staff that is highly focused on customer satisfaction make this hotel truly one of a kind!
