Was charged a $1,000 for a jacuzzi room that didn’t work. When speaking To management they said that they would issue a refund gave me the runaround for two or three calls after two or three weeks and stopped responding via email still waiting for their response on my refund have already contacted American Express I do not recommend you stay at this hotel unless it’s a basic room

Thank you for sending us your comments. We are sorry that you have had this perspective on the services that our hotel offers. Especially since our team always tried to offer you the best options for your accommodation.
As our maintenance team told you, the operation of the Jacuzzi may be compromised if the instructions on its operation that our team shared with you are not followed.
On the other hand, it is important to tell you that reimbursement processes are not possible at the hotel since, as our team told you, the reservation you made was through an intermediary and only they can verify this information.
We hope you can get in touch with them so they can guide you in the best way. As of today we do not have any similar request regarding your accommodation. We have not received any notifications and no other requests by email.
We are sure that the lack of response you tell us is from the travel agency you used and not from our team.
For our part, we can assure you that we will continue to be attentive to the information that your travel agency may send us. As you could confirm while you were with us, our team will always try to offer the best. We are very sorry that we have not managed to convey this to you, but we assure you that we will follow up on your comments appropriately. Thanks for your opinion.

We visited with 2 couples and we had a fantastic time. Our dog absolutely loved it and they were so pet friendly. The service was great and the food was delicious. Also an excellent location! Would highly recommend!!

We love Me Cabo! Good time for all!! Jenny is Amazing!!! She’s the best!! Esmeralda is the best!!! Also try the sangria!! And champagne!!
The view is amazing the music is ON POINT!! We will be coming back every year!!

great trip, loved the pool - staff very helpful. right in the beach, cool hotel. we got room by the pool which can be convenient. food was really really good by the pool moderately priced. loved the access and walking distance.

My wife and I celebrated her 30th birthday this weekend at ME by Melia. This was our first time in Cabo. We had a fantastic time! Great pool scene, brunch spots, spa, gym, and very friendly staff! Miguel took excellent care of us at the pool, Yomi at the front desk (very kind birthday gestures to make Alyssa feel special), and Lillia at the breakfast brunch! Couldn’t say better things about this group! They are fantastic! We will be making this an annual event for sure.
