In summary, we had a very nice stay and the hotel kept it’s promises.
The good first. The hotel was as pictured, modern interior, designer furniture, freshly renovated. We had the Junior Suite, which turned out to be an excellent choice. The room had a direct view to the sea, the garden and no adjoining neighbors. The air-conditioned room and the respective terrace were very spacious. The bathroom with shower and bathtub was modern. The pool and rooms where clean, the breakfast buffet was solid. The staff was friendly and courteous from the waiter up to the receptionist.
What we did not like so much is the location of the hotel. The constant passing of planes and ships was rather annoying. In the bathroom we would have liked a window. The parking spots are very narrow and in the bathroom the fittings were wobbly here and there. The majority of the guests were German or Swiss (less international). If you like a snack off the usual hours you have to drive to the next town as the kitchen is closed.
Even if it is a little expensive, we would absolutely recommend the Junior Suite, it offers the best view. A car is a must as the next village is quite fare away.More
