Description: On the top of Barbaresco hill, in the central Via Torino, leading to the mediaeval tower, you will come to the tiny entrance of Antine restaurant. Legend has it that the first floor of this ancient house was once a prison. Today you will be welcomed into an atmosphere of elegance and unusual warmth transmitted by the surroundings. The intimate room seats twenty-five at large, well-distributed tables, and you will be drawn to the exquisite attention to detail and the simple grace of the furnishings while feeling pampered by the smooth, courteous service.

We were lucky enough to be in Barbaresco for the "Barbaresco a Tavola" wine tasting and pairing and Antinè made it a fantastic experience. The presentation of the many courses and the pairing with the wines was superb. The service and quality of this restaurant is consistently among the best we have ever tried. We will always come here when visiting Barbaresco.

We came to this restaurant expecting it to be a nice bistro. We were blown away by the incredible food and wine. First we were presented with an array of Amuse Bouche that were both incredibly tasty and beautiful. The staff were excellent and very helpful in describing the different foods available. Outstanding experience! We will return as often as we can.

Really incredible that this little restaurant in worldwide known Barbaresco doesn't have a Michelin star yet! Found this place by chance and was astonished by the quality, creativity and service of Antiné! The prices are very decent too.

In the small town of Barbaresco you do not expect to find such a great restaurant, the food is of high quality the price is very reasonable for the food you get, nice ambiance with the best food and wine, when in the area a must visit if you are a food lover.

The setting, cuisine & staff are amazing. While the food may be considered a little "precious," we enjoyed our meal very much. Excellent local wine list at all price points. Many amuse bouche, from first starters to after desserts. Very much enjoyed Jermann "Dreams" Chardonnay. Amazing quality white truffles available, but we resisted this one time. While La Contea in Nieve has closed, Antinè Islamist worthwhile successor. We look forward to coming again.
