The resort was good value for money. It sits on a nice beach where we went walking & swimming as often as we could. The resort is a good distance away from the town, so we spent more time in the property itself. The rooms & decorations are highly colourful! Wi-fi is available only on payment except in the lobby. This didn't bother us too much as we spent little time on our devices.

Mr Poonamc,
We would like to thanking you for this pretty review and for being our precious guest.
We feel good with this review, ‘cos it fits in very well with our way to welcome and hospitality style. You were in Mexico where colors, sun, sea and nature tell the story of Mayan heritage. Thank you so much and, please have a wonderful day!

We stayed 3 nights. Beautiful beach, very clean accommodation and gardens. Staff not very helpful and the food was ok. We had issues with our air conditioner (not at all cooling) and the fan did not work. Water temperature inconsistent, one shower no hot water, next shower no cold water.
The taxis to tulum from zona hotelera are 200 pesos each way, which makes an expensive trip to town. We would not stay here again.

Mr. Goddo80,
We would like to thanking you for being our guest. Our maintenance crew is always there to settle any problem and we’re a little bit surprised to read your displeasure towards the staff on duty. Our Resort is well known for a relaxing cozy holiday lived in the unspoiled nature; if you were interested in a full-of-fun and energy holiday, maybe you had to choose a different kind of Resort or a Cabaña close to the discos. Thanks a lot anyway and have a wonderful day!

We stayed here for 3 nights for a short visit to Tulum. The beach the hotel is on is very beautiful and the bar is very close to where you can sit and relax with an incredible view.
The rooms are a decent size and the beds are okay. However, the hot water was very hit and miss and more reliable in the morning. The hotel is away from the main tourist centre of Tulum however taxis were always available and very cheap.
We only ate breakfast at the hotel, which was good, but did have a few snacks and cocktails that were also nice.

Mrs Amy,
Thank you for being our precious Guest and for this short story of your holiday: we loved it. The Resort is quite a relaxing place not too far away from Tulum and other Mayan attractions. At the same time is a lovely place where lie down on the beach and just enjoy the sea! Again thank you!

Beautiful Place . Really Funky Rooms ( in a nice way). Beach was stunning. Grounds were inspiringly beautiful. Well laid out. Safe , clean, friendly. Many pools to enjoy. Food in the buffet all inclusive restaurant was excellent. Service impeccable. I tipped everyone ! They really appreciated it. Even twenty pesos ($1 at the time ) was appreciated. Too many people think an all inclusive , means no tipping. I figured some of these people , I saw working on the property 10-12 hours a day, were well worth what to me is a token , and to them a kinda big deal. A lot of Italian and German guests. Even tho most of the staff did not speak English , there was Always someone who did speak English available to help. Great Place . Close ( few miles ) to Tulum ruins. Close also to a lot of Cenotes . A very enjoyable visit. I hope to return with lady friend. Highly Recommended.

The resort is on a lovely private beach about 10 minutes out of town. it costs $200 mx to get into town

the food is above average for an all inclusive resort and the bar is open until late with cocktails and snacks and water

the whole resort is clean and beautiful, the staff were amazing

the only reason it looses a star is the sheetes on the bed where quite flimsy and there was no proper blanket

100% would stay again

You’ve just to talk to the front office and immediately we’ll do our best for you.
As you wrote the Resort is clean and beautiful and the staff amazing. Congratulations on your recent marriage.
