The first couple days we got here, it rained all day, every day. Damn you hurricane bud!! The restaurant at CoCo limited was good. the waiters Martine, Jose, and (i forget the other guys name) were fantastic. Helped us with our spanish and always had a smile on their face. We got free shots of tequila for the Mexico World Cup game.

The wifi is pretty weak and with the storm the TV did not always work. Once the sun came out, it was great to use their pool as well as the ocean. The other Coco property had a great restaurant and beach club. The swings make for a great picture!

The third soap that is unlabeled is very weird and i would not suggest using it.

The hotel is pretty. The bedsheets were dirty.
The drinks were pretty bad and expensive.
However the room was beautiful and the food was good. They protect turtles which is important.
Wifi is really bad

Staff is very sweet & friendly. Knowing a little Espanol is helpful! Shout out to Martine at front desk! Housekeeping comes 2x a day. Rooms are spacious & the AC keeps it very cool. Beach is beautiful

Room Tip: The neighboring hotel has very loud music!

It is a nice hotel, the rooms are clean and comfortable and pleasing to the eye. It is on a great strip of the beach and in my opinion on the best strip. The hotel front desk staff is not the most helpful with pretty much anything. They don't recommend anything and its like pulling teeth to get any information. You will have to rely on your own due diligence and ask around. Reserve bikes ahead of time so you will have them to use. We were there for 6 days and not one day did they have any available even though there were plenty that seemed to sit there all day. There is a ton of restaurants and shops on the other side of the hotel and not just the way you come in, so definitely explore. Go see the Cenotes they're amazing. I would recommend going to Coba for the ruins and skip the ones on the ocean... the Coba's you can actually climb. Gintaro's, Hartwood, Rosanegro are amazing dinner spots and you may need a reservation and making one is recommended. There is a Thai restaurant as well and it was outstanding. All walking distance if you don't mind about a 10-20 minute walk. It is an eco friendly hotel so the shower water is coming from the ocean but it is purified as well as the water you brush your teeth with. You will have to ask for clean towels everyday or the ones you used will be damp due to the climate. It is a beautiful spot but if you're looking for Ritz Carlton staff and help, this is not the place. The restaurant staff are very nice and extremely helpful and they want to help. all in all, we enjoyed our time there, just don't expect much from them. No frills, but nice rooms.

Room Tip: we were on the ground floor and the people upstairs were noisy just one night. Quiet and the best sleep I have had in a long while.

Recently spent 4 nights at their beach front suite. Amazing view and beautiful room. However, the hot tub didn't work, and the shower and sink water smelled and felt like it was coming right from the ocean. Remember, salt water and soap don't go together. The pool was dirty, full of sand and algae. In a nutshell, it left a lot to desire for the Ritz Carlton type price we paid for.
