The hotel is good, big room, clean, the shower is big, but not all the time you have hot water.
The insulation of the room is very bad, you can hear everything outside.
If you need silence , don't come here.
The stay 5 minute from the center walking street and the beach.

Great location although might be loud on the weekend if in a room facing the square-very close to the beach/shopping district etc. Staff was friendly and helpful. Huge bathroom and clean rooms with good AC. Layout might be tough for someone who had difficulty navigating stairs but it was perfect for us-would stay again:)

Stayed here with my husband for 9 nights. Hotel had a lovely decor, friendly staff, clean rooms, and 2 nice outdoor areas with pools and hot tubs. Breakfast at next door restaurant was very nice, with varied menu. Several nice touches including bar on rooftop deck, afternoon pastries, small fridge in room. Downsides - the bed and pillows have seen better days, sometimes street traffic can be loud. Overall, great stay. Would stay here again!

This hotel is much larger than in photos and has a new roof terrace which also boasts a small pool and two jacuzzi's and lots of loungers / double sun beds plus a bar open 12 to 10. On top of the downstairs pool area. The room was large, clean and well equipped. The staff are very friendly and helpful plus the daily breakfast is good value and tasty. The hotel is central but set far enough away from the madness of 5th Ave. the surrounding area is lovely with a few great restaurants and has a top notch yoga studio called yoga loft over the road which was good!

Very nice and clean room, super nice staff-they replaced room with one king bed to two queen beds..every evening we have kind of "happy hour" - good wine for all customers and a beautiful pie, baked in their restaurant, very good breakfast (fruits, juice, cappuccino, , well designed space near pool and a small library (both-English and Spanish books}, colourful albums (Gaudi, Carnival etc)..location is close to "5th avenue" and ferry, also nice places around-small vegan shop with nice smoothies, yogurt etc, advice on seafood restaraunt for locals was absolutely super "El Pirates" ..
I would give 5 stars, but unfortunately they have in the neighborhood a dog, which is barking every evening for hours..non-stop..could they do something about it?

Room Tip: take a room not facing street
