“The best Mole!”
Reviewed 30 January 2012

For about 5 dollars...a homemade meal with soup..mexican fare. Sit out on the owners patio in the backyard. Delicious chicken mole, enchiladas, etc. Peaceful & comfortable setting. We love this place for lunch after working up an appetite diving. Menu posted in front of the building, walk through to the back.

“Open just 4 hours!”
Reviewed 18 January 2012

Private home, enter through living area, walk through kitchen to outdoor seating....immmediately served crema spinach or cilantro soup and pitcher of jamaica "juice" tea!? Arrive promptly at noon or some items will already be gone! No dessert first day, so returned and Carmen had prepared cheescake, cause she had run out of flan day before! Complimentary!
Lovely senora Carmen.....asked why I was not eating all the chicken tostadas...so she shamed me into cleaning my plate! What a hoot! Off the beaten track and hordes of cruise ship crowds...lovely!!!

“Lunch in a Private Home”
Reviewed 5 January 2012

Very nice, no frill place to eat with a great value on terrific food. We stopped on the way back from diving. Walked through the house and kitchen to take a seat in the back yard. It is sort of family style with soup and a pitcher of a drink. They do serve beer as well. Very inexpensive. Check for the sign board on the sidewalk to see if they are open.
