The fact that they someone come in the room while my family and I was still inside to spray for bugs I will never understand. It three calls and a trip to front desk to get clean towels. However the wait staff was the only highlight.

First of all we want to thank you for the time you have taken to send us your impressions about our hotel.

We would like to point out that due to the warm climate and the location of our complex, surrounded by vegetation and mangrove swamps, it is possible that insects can reach our facilities. We work hard to keep them under control. We continuously spray all areas to keep insects away from our facilities.

We really feel that your experience at our resort has not met your expectations. However, we thank you for pointing out to us those areas in which we must continue to improve. Those kind of comments are what help us to stay ahead, presenting you with new proposals.

Hotel resort was very clean.
Not much beach front for the hotel.
Needed more options for vegetarians in the restaurants and buffet. We also dont believe the wifi was not free in this day and age and especially after paying £130 a night all inclusive.

my daughter and I had a great time sunning ourselves on the beach and at the pools. Staff were great and helpful. Evening shows were fun to watch and a great way to wind down at the end of the day. We met Brandon, the shows MC, and loved him.

Room Tip: Rooms were clean and spacious

The grounds and staff were nice. It would be nice to have fans in the lobby bar and beach bars. The staff and hotel guests were sweating like crazy. Didn't help that it rained and was more humid than usual due to the storm season. But fans would be a nice thing for all.

Room Tip: The rooms were fine. Our refrigerator was frozen up so it wasn't as cool.

The hotel was nice for the price. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Food was average at best. Super crowded. Dozens of drunks which is amazing since my drinks were watered down. Its cheap though! So you pay for what you get!
