Le Blanc Spa was sensational from start to finish. The architecture is not sumptuous like other hotels in Cancun, but the rooms, the quality of food and the service provided by the staff were, without a doubt, the best I have ever had. And I am comparing with services of major hotels brands like Four Seasons, andBeyond, St Regis, Oberoi, Relais and Chateau, etc.
The check in was thorough, a thoughtful employee explained everything about this "all inclusive".
The room is perfect. The bedding is wonderful and the amenities are top. The room had a view of the wonderful Caribbean sea.
The breakfast is hearty, with good variety of dishes. So is lunch. The three restaurants are very good.
The beach at the front of the hotel is clean, no corals, calm water, perfect.
The only thing that could be improved is regarding the sound in the pool area, because even with requests from numerous guests (myself included) the hotel prefers to avoid sound in the pool area.
Highly recommend this hotel. I suggest getting a room on the eighth floor, facing the ocean (mine was the 811). Another suggestion is to avoid many tour programs and focus on enjoying the sea front hotel. Hug to everyoneMore
