Thank god that we only stayed here for two nights. The food at the buffet was bad! the restaurants you had to make a reservation, the reservation had to be made between 9 am to 2 pm in person. I didn't like the fact that i had to pay 8 dollar to use the gym. They did not had hair conditioner! No body went to fill out the refrigerator with water. The fact that you have to have a card to get your beach towel i did not like that all.

Wasnt the best experience for newlyweds. ..we expected a little more from the hotel..a nicer dressed up room but all we received was a plain room...the hotel was nice ..just make sure that u dont over expect to much..

My husband and I just returned from our honeymoon in Cancun and we stayed at the Grand Park Royal. We could not have been more happier with our choice of hotels. It began with the wonderful man at the front desk, Pablo, who checked us in and greeted us with a warm smile. He was kind and patient as we made a decision to upgrade to a Villa Suite. This was the best decision we could have made. It was a dream come true. Then we met Indira, our Butler, she was helpful and courteous and always available to answer questions. The hotel was clean and well kept and the buffet was amazing. We also fell in love with Lorenzo our Bartender. He was so fun and friendly and kept our drinks coming all day long. This was our first time in Cancun and we could not have picked a better hotel. We highly recommend it to everyone. We can't wait to return next year!

This was the second trip to Grand Park Royal for my husband and I. We so enjoyed the first trip last year, we booked again, and took a group of friends with us. There are certain members of the staff that truly try to make your stay wonderful - Giovani, Edgar and Jaime - are fabulous. However, they are not enough for us to accept threats of physical harm and drowning by other guests that security ignores and blamed on us. Overall if you like watching young people fall on their face drunk over and over, or like sitting at a bar with a group of 8-10 year olds, or like being threatened, this is your resort. Such a shame...never again.

this place this hotel made my stay in cancun the most wonderful experience . good job to every single employee at this hotel. the place is beautiful. excellent view. they also gave me an upgrade with a nice room and perfect view to the beach in the new buildings. definitely im coming back and I wanna stay at the same hotel
