The waiters at this restaurant made us feel truly special and the food is something we still talk about a month later. Such unique and delicious flavors! Sakura Sunset is a truly magical dining experience, make sure you reserve a table here after checking in and don't miss it!

Esteban took care of us on both occasions.1st visit was for my birthday and the second visit was because the service was very excellent. The food was amazing, the view is breathtaking and our overall experience was one for the books. I would definitely recommend the restaurant and the hotel!

My friend and I had only one night left of our trip and decided to see if we could get into Sakura Sunset even though we didn't have a reservation. There had been a private event the night before and we thought we could only make reservations day-of, so we almost missed our chance.

We arrived at 8:30pm and explained our situation to Donato who was at the host counter. He told us the seating reservations were full but that we could wait at the bar in case there was an opening. My friend and I enjoyed a drink at the bar and were delighted when Donato let us know that we could be accommodated after all.

We let Donato know that we were both vegetarians, and he went through the whole menu showing us what was already vegetarian and what could be modified for us!

When our server, Esteban came to the table, he too went through our options with us. We felt very well taken care of!

The food was delicious. The only dish that we thought could use some refinement was the noodles with vegetables. It's possible that all the steam from the noodles diluted the sauce (it tasted pretty bland), but it was definitely the weakest link and didn't quite live up to all the wonderful flavors and textures (could have used even more vegetables) of the courses that preceded (and followed!) it.

Would go back in a heartbeat--but will make sure we make a reservation the day we arrive--especially so we can get in an earlier slot and actually see the sun set!
