This hotel is located downtown of Veracruz ,is a colonial style with very comfortable and pretty rooms,2 blocks from the Hotel is downtown ,restaurants and bars. Across from the hotel there is a big road so, if you are old and too sensitive for the noise maybe not a place for you, however, we had a very good time there, the service is great, very clean and , people are very friendly at the desk. The area is very safe and we enjoyed it.

This hotel is located in a historic building just a few blocks away front the zocolo or main square, so it's much more quiet than more centrally located hotels. It's a tiny bit isolated so you have to walk a bit to get to restaurants. This place is perfect for a quiet spot away from the hub hub of the center.

Hotel is clean, well maintained and centrally located. The staff is very helpful and courteous. What is lacking is no breakfast in Hotel. It was ok to walk to nearby restaurant for breakfast but was very time consuming.

The room was comfortable and clean. The first day we had problems with the air conditioner, so they gave us another room. We had a great view of the harbor. The hotel is not located near restaurants or shops but is within walking distance to the lighthouse and La Parroquia. Famous for its coffee its a favorite hangout for the locals.

Room tip: Higher floors are less noisy. Ask for a room with view to the harbor.

The hotel is fine. The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. But everything else was just mediocre. The pillows are flat and the toiletries are lacking. When I checked in the power was out in the neighborhood which meant no A/C in the room which got very hot.

If looking for a quick one night stay, this is okay but feels expensive for what you get.

Dear Jmclaughlinjr,

Thank you for your feedback. We take our guest comments very seriously and always strive to provide comfortable and friendly accommodations. We appreciate your nice comment about cleanliness.

However, we’re sorry we fell below your expectation regarding the pillow selection and the power outage during your stay. While we understand that your stay was not 100% satisfactory, we would hope that you would give us another chance to make your stay as best as it can be.

Sincerely,

Orlando A.
