I read about this place online and decided to try it for a change of pace from all the mole restaurants. The restaurant is located about 10 minutes by taxi from the center of town (it's a fairly long, indirect walk, so better to hail a cab for this place). It's located on the other side of town, in a very quiet area. The restaurant itself is modern and clean and suitable for families or couples on a romantic night out. Most of the pastas on the menu are homemade. I had prosciutto and mozzarella and then pasta with calamari in a tomato sauce--all delicious. The breads are also homemade, and the pizzas are cooked in a wood-burning oven. The staff are friendly and very attentive. Highly recommend if you want good homemade Italian food in Oaxaca.
