Good place to get to know a good variety of Mexican dishes. Flavor it’s pretty average but they are kind and fast in order to get your food on your table soon.
If you go with the combo option you can choose between fruit or fresh juice.
They don’t have a set to table time so you just need to be patient and wait.

It is difficult to review a restaurant in the place you were born and raised. I haven’t lived in Mexico City for years, nonetheless coming to El Bajio is always a trip back to my childhood memories. The flavours are exactly those of my grandma and aunties who are no longer with me. The menu is extensive rich and always changing. Yesterday I visited for breakfast and had some on the simplest dishes: enfrijoladas (a different version of enchiladas with the difference that the sauce is bean based). Regardless of its simplicity the dish was full of flavour. I was even able to detect a hint of anise I had not seen in this dishes since I was a child. Service is always spot on with waiters coming and going making sure you are happy. Prices are also good (probably not as cheap as other places but the difference is totally worthy). Long story short, if ever in Mexico City you need to visit this place at least once.

As a solo non Spanish speaking person, always nice when a English menu is provided. Went with the Chicken Enchiladas Mole, with a side of rice to sop up the mole. Simple perfectly made. They gave you a nice variety of salsas and chips to start out with....the waiter took my plate when the meal arrived!! Why why! Had a raspberry cheesecake and cappuccino for dessert.
Very reasonable and everything was good. Service spot on and highly recommend! Thanks for a last day in Mexico City meal I will not forget!

Excellent choice of traditional Mexican breakfast dishes with outlets all over Mexico.
I had greasy fruit followed my Mexican eggs with beans.
Delicious, and attentive caring service
