This place is by far the best place to eat tapas. They have a wide selection of them, excellent options of wine by the glass. The place is actually run by the owner (you can spot her in the afternoon) and her children, who are native Spaniards. On Sunday they might have Paella, which is also fantastic but make sure you get there early as it soon disappears. My personal favorites: chorizo a la sidra, Montadito Foie Gras and Brie with Mermelade.

Very nice little place with good Spanish wines and very good tapas. I had pimentos a la Padron and several other tapas including a beautiful escalivada. Well priced bottle of Ribera del Duero accompanied our unassuming meal. The only non-spanish thing were Mezcals ordered after the meal and they were up to par. This place seems to have a loyal local clientele which is always a good sign. Recommended.

Jaleo is a great low key Tapas Bar in the Polanco neighborhood. It's where you can come an enjoy amazing tapas in a intimate unassuming restaurant. The service is very good as well as the variety of options on the menu. Highly recommended to experience another type of cuisine in the city.

Had an excellent dinner of tapas and sangria with some good friends. We went on a Tuesday night and ordered a couple of pulpo (octopus) tapas and a few others including the beef and the potato cakes.
The food was excellent and the service was timed nicely! Drank the house vermouth which was sweet along with a couple of excellent sangrias.

It's a small restaurant and the chairs could have been softer... But after a fun two hour dinner with friends I guess I should expect it!

On a great street near lots of other restaurants but I will definitely be back.

Excellent! It was like to feel in the culinary space of the flavors, sounds and feelings of the Iberian peninsula. It was like getting back to tapas in San Sebastian with high quality.
Great place to sit outside or indoors. Great variety of tapas, nice ham, great croquet as. Do not miss the opportunity to visit this great place.
