The majority of the hotel was under reconstruction and not accessible via the street in front of the building.
The best thing about the hotel was its location in Zona Rosa near Reforma Ave.
The 2-room suite was clean and large. The beds were hard and the linens thin. The breakfast was great, a highlight. The staff was excellent and very friendly.
If not for the area, I think this hotel was overpriced. Because of the area, it was satisfactory.
There are lots of hotels nearby, shop around first.

We got two rooms for 7 people. It was amazing! More like little apartments. The suites were kept nice and clean. All the staff was extremely nice. Always willing to help. Breakfast was excellent! Wi Fi was on and off but was fixed whenever we called. After that time we fixed it ourselves each time. On our last day a technician came to change a few things. We stayed 6 nights. We had a great time.

Had a great stay on vacation with my sister. Staff was always friendly. Here are a few observations.
Lots of space! We stayed in a two bedroom. Had a kitchen area, living room. Staff was always friendly. They had an English speaking employee all of the time. Breakfast was amazing. And included with the price. They have a small patio space on the top floor. As well as a small gym. The place was in order and mostly clean other than a few stains on a couch. The rides from the airport are limited. Book 24-48 hours in advance and specific hours of availability. Unfortunately they were not able to assist us which cost us 250 pesos each way. Uber is easy enough all around the area. Many great restaurants and ice cream shops such as helado obscura. The area has clubs that pump out the music into the morning. Run the air or use ear plugs if not participating in those activities. Beds are stiff. Windows do not have screens. And the hotel does not have change for a bill such as 200 pesos. As of 6/12/17 there is lots of road construction.

We stayed over the new year holiday as a family of three. Really appreciated the spacious layout with separate bedrooms and kitchen area. Also enough room for a couch and reading area. And a full sized table. Great for a family to chill between seeing and doing things in the city. We also enjoyed the breakfast with coffee, fruit and a choice of egg dishes or pancakes.

Most of all we want to thank the staff at the desk who were very helpful and always friendly - even at 4am when we needed a taxi to get to the airport.

This isn't a fancy international chain hotel. It had the feeling of a family run place and that made it nice. Very comfortable for families.

This is an amazing suite "hotel"... actually its more of an apartment. Large living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Very nicely appointed and comfortable. Staff was nice and hotel was secure... one night went out for something, came back and while walking up to elevator, a man at the desk asked me for my room number before allowing me to proceed. Nice to know they care. Another very amazing thing about this hotel is it's location. Go out the door and turn right to several hopping clubs (younger generation). Short walk to McDonalds, KFC and Starbucks. At the 1st corner is Sanborns, a nice diner kinda reminds me of Denny's in the States. The stay includes a breakfast... and not just any breakfast, they start you off with a fruit plate and you get to choose from a great menu selection. I had a great omelet with muchrooms. Nice area with just about everything you could ask for, including money exchange places, restaurants you already know, people walking on the streets at night and all of this for roughly $100 bucks a night... can you believe it? Definitely be back.
