One of the most enjoyable places in Mexico City. The restaurant has a stunning design, and has many sections to enjoy: casual sushi bar, bars, lounge areas, a romantic terrace area, and more tables inside.
Our dinner was great, food is simply amazing, the menus offer a wide variety. Service is good, but was’t flawless. And that’s the only reason why I won’t give 5stars to this place. Once you enter the place there is no one at the entrance to welcome you, you have to go thru the sushi place to find your way to the receptionist. Waiters are great but a bit slow and unorganized. We had to wait 15 min until we got the menus. They then did their job well, they were very attentive, however they looked sometimes confused, stressed, overloaded and did not smile or seemed like they would enjoy their job.
I really missed an elegant amuse bouche to start, but there was bread on the table (very good by the way).
I also missed that no one said anything about our anniversary we went to celebrate there. Not even a ‘congrats’ or a complimentary cocktail or dessert.
Don’t get me wrong, the place and the food is marvelous, but for the money you pay and for the level this restaurant is at, they should take care more of the client’s overall experience, not just on perfect food.
