I was there for a business trip. However the hotel is very beautiful. It has a large pool, gym, nice restaurant, a lot of "green". Nice place to stay with your kids. The rooms are comfortable with wifi anf there are a lot of tennis courts

Beautiful hotel, we visited because an old friend and his family are staying here. We had breakfast together (Buffet ) the waiter and kitchen aid were very kind. Unfortunately the buffet not so much.
The fruit area had only watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew and papaya (México has a lot more fruit than that)
Not to many options for kids besides cereal and fresh bread. Only one kind of chilaquiles, black beans, like 3 other options and the price was not cheap.

I don't think I would come back for breakfast maybe for dinner which my friend said it was good the previous night.

My description to this hotel is because the place combined japanese architecture and construction, mexican food and service, british culture by the former owner and a good spa local style , but the swimming pools, the lake the ways and views are great

I visited the hotel on Sunday for brunch.
The food is really good and tasty, plus the view is absolutely gorgeous with their beautiful gardens and Asian architecture.
Perfect for families, friends and couples.
Remember that the buffet is available from 10 am to 3 pm, and only on weekends.

Me and my team (party of 7) attended a 2 day workshop here. Nice grounds, beautiful surroundings, good food but service was very disappointing, slow & bad, with no coordination between what was offered and what we found upon arrival. Rooms were a trip back in time (80's if not 70's). Old, dark, noisy, and all fittings worn out.
The wireless internet (PAID SERVICE!!!!!) remind pretty much what a dial up 32K modem was back in the mid 90'. Simply outrageous, and no solutions from front desk.
A tip for the manager to advise the staff: Answers shouldn't start with a "no".
No ground pepper at the restaurant. Maybe I'll take one next time.... if there is a next time.

Room Tip: Internet is bad but at building 3, rooms near the end of the premises...is even worst.
