Our visit to LeKliff was excellent. Reservation is suggested. We arrived at approxmiately 6:30 to 7pm to experience the sunset with our dinner. We had the cheese surprise appetizer (very good), coconut shrimp and beef medallion entrees. Both were good but the beef medallions was better. For dessert we had creme brulee which was good but was a little different than most (kinda tangy), and we had the cheesecake. All the food was good and we each had a drink with our total bill cost of about $100 for the 2 of us. There was a proposal planned for another couple which we were able to witness which was fun with full Mariachi Band etc. If you are staying on the North end of PV you will likely pay $25 or so for taxi one way as the restaurant is on the very South end past old downtown PV . This is also not wheelchair friendly as there are alot of stairs given the restaurant is on the side of the cliff.
