I recently stayed at Villa Olivia for two months. It was the perfect place for me because besides being in a great location, the internet was fast and reliable enough for me to work while I was there. Sitting out on the top floor veranda in the afternoons working will be a memory I will cherish.
I just can't say enough about the friendly and always helpful staff. They are there for anything you need. For $5, they would take my dirty clothes and return them washed and folded that afternoon.
The views from the rooms are great and you can see the whole bay from the veranda at the top floor, which includes a pool and an outdoor kitchen with a barbeque grill. Also there are kitchens in all the rooms, and although I stayed in a small studio, it had everything I needed for an extended stay.
The only downside is the construction going on across the street, which can be a bit noisy.
