“Intimate beach condo with everything I was looking for”

I've always wanted to experience Puerto Vallarta but not by cruise ship or huge all-inclusive resort. This small condo complex was just what I was looking for:
an excellent location on a swimmable beach
in the Old Town (El Centro)
reasonable price
safe location (Federal Police station across the street)
elevator to our 4th floor room and roof-top terrace with terrific views of the bay and town
swimming pool and hot tub
kitchenette to eat breakfast and lunch, then splurge on dinners
comfortable queen-size bed
AC and WiFi
outdoor seating for morning coffee or afternoon cervezas
friendly condo owner -- Suzie, office receptionists and staff
proximity to grocery store, restaurants, taco stands, El Malecon
We walked everywhere and took taxis when it got too hot.
I had forgotten my guide book but there were 2 Moon guidebooks on Puerto Vallarta in the bedroom that were helpful (a little outdated on some shops). There were 2 bottles of water, coffee packets, little bottles of shampoo, bar soap, big bath towels and hand towels, and hair dryer. (I like to know these things.) We bought sunscreen, cold beer, water, juice, pan dulce and snacks at the grocery store across the street. There's a reliable ATM there too. To be on the safe side, I've started using the Travel VISA cards now and always pay cash.
We shared sandwiches for lunch at Mangos beach cafe in front of the condo and used their lounge chairs and umbrellas to lay out during the afternoon. It was so nice to sip on a margarita and enjoy the lovely beach.
Suzie emailed us all the instructions for her place (room 401 has the best views) and list of restaurants. Since most of the flights to PV arrive late, I recommend dropping off all your stuff in the condo, walk out to the beach and to nearby Barracudas for margaritas and fish tacos. You just can't beat the free sunsets either!
The next time I visit PV, I will definitely stay here but go during the cooler months -- I found out May was one of the hottest months! The good thing though, the last two weeks of May are Restaurant Week where the best restaurants offer 50% off special three-course meals. Woo! As a result we ate at Daquiri Dicks (touristy name but a seriously good beach restaurant) and Cafe Des Artistes which must be one of the BEST meals I've ever had. (Sea Bass and Argentinian Beef.)
I highly recommend the dinner show Rhythms of the Night. I booked it ahead of time on-line. It's pricey ($120) but it was truly a memorable event -- the boat ride, dinner, show -- was very organized and professional.
We were only here for 4 nights and there's so much more to see and do in PV that I will HAVE to come back and stay here.

First trip to PV and we couldn't have picked a better spot! Right on the water, grocery store and buses two blocks away. Had the pool to ourselves nearly entire time of our stay. Friendly and welcoming staff and Susan is a joy to work with and very responsive via email. Would stay here again and book directly with Susan.

“Wonderful Experience”

We had a wonderful experience at Nadia. Suzies condo unit was perfect for our needs. Very true to the information we viewed prior to booking. Suzie was a very gracious owner providing us with pre- information including some of her favorite places to dine. We loved the location, groceries, shopping and the Malecon were extremely accessible. The staff at Nadia was very friendly and accommodating. The property was small, intimate and very well kept-just what we were looking for. Very happy with our time there and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great downtown experience

“Hidden gem in Puerto Vallarta”

Hotel Suites Nadia is a true treasure. Perfect location with the beach only steps away, and all you need for shopping, restaurants and entertainment within a few minutes' walk. Suites are modern and very comfortable, and include all the amenities of home. The best feature is the rooftop deck with pool, hot tub and breakfast bar. Extremely friendly staff are there 24/7 to assist with anything you need. This was our first stay in Puerto Vallarta and at the Hotel Suites Nadia through Susan, but it will most definitely not be our last.

This was the fourth time staying in Nadia Suites it has become like a second home ! when we check in it takes all of 2 seconds we are welcomed with open arms. five minutes later we are unpacked and 20 minutes later we have returned with our groceries. we love the location we can walk anywhere we have found a few neighbourhood bars and restaurants that we like to return too. The beach is right there we enjoy many sunsets from the roof top pool deck , which now has a area for breakfast if you choose. We just returned today and I'm planning next years trip!
