My wife, Kathy and I have stayed at this boutique Mexican hotel over a dozen times and have always enjoyed our stay. The rooms, while simple, are always clean and the plumbing and A/C, while not great, are adequate. We always purchase the all-inclusive package which is an outstanding value. Although the price varies, we have paid as little as $9 (US) pp a day and no more than about $25 pp for all you can eat and drink.
The best part of the experience at this hotel is the people who are always warm and friendly. It really is like going home. ( A special mention to Magda who is such a great sport)
One thing that I would like to mention and it applies to most hotels and condos in PV. Most of the railings in these buildings are made with wrought iron which corrodes in the salt air of PV. Often these railings have multiple coats of paint so that the corrosion is not evident. It is best to consider the railings as visual barriers and not safety barriers. (see pics)More
