We were kicking around the marina area in Puerto Vallarta looking for a place to eat that would accommodate our large and varied group: 6 adults, 3 children; two pescaterians, a vegetarian, and the rest omnivores. Our waiter was a delight. We all ate until we were contented. The plates were excellent: creative and tasty, as were the drinks. The bill for all of us was around $100US which was a bargain considering what we got. I would dine here again and recommend this place to others!

This is a new place in the Puerto Vallarta Marina just down the road from Starbucks and are you in for a treat when you try it.

Traditional Spanish Tapas with a Mexican fusion. I have eaten there now three times and each time was just amazing. Little simple things that took so much time and effort but really makes this an amazing place. One example is their fusion twist on a old favorite the balsamic vinegar reduction. They use a Jamaica reduction that if you did not know you would swear was a very floral flavored vinegar but in fact is a way to sneak in a Mexican ingredient and paired perfectly with many of the dishes.

There are also three other sauces that accompany many of the dishes that I believe come from the south pacific islands but I forgot the names.

One of my favorites was the lamb kabob with a not so Tzatziki, Tzatziki sauce that has an addition of cilantro that makes this a wonderful fusion.

Not to be missed is the gluten free chocolate cake that was more like a pice of brownie mixed with fudge and three nice sauces.

This is a not to be missed place when you are in Vallarta
