We went to Pancho's during the slow hours and it was a good choice. The food was quite good, and the service was excellent. We were given shots of a fruity liqueur (guava?) and Kahlua digestives, both complimentary. The tostadas and cocktails were great, made with very fresh seafood. The "chorreadas" were a bit too salty for my personal taste, but still great. Everybody was friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it.
