We have been coming to the Princess over the years for a long time now . We usually go at this time of year to see something of the Abierto de Mexico tennis . We stayed at the sister Hotel Pierre Marques ( which it seems along with the Princess, changed owners once again ) I can't speak about the rooms , only the appearance and the food . Well it looks very sad inside and outside to me . I remember inside and outside plants hanging from all the balconies making It look very beautiful . Now it's been stripped of anything green. The building looks very unkempt....
We had the buffet breakfast, as we usually do . It's fun to see the players who come for the tournament. The breakfast has completely gone down in quality ! The delicious little breads, mini croissants , gone . The large platter of delicious Salmon with cream cheese , gone . The choice of cheeses , gone , just some unhappy yellow cheese .... looks like the hotel is really trying to save every penny they can and not making a nice buffet breakfast as before.....
Hopefully it will change hands again to somebody more loving of details . Disappointing to say the least.

I stayed here for 4 days for business and my first impression was really positive.
At the time you check in, bellboys, every detail offered to please you.
The food service is really good. Again, excellent service all the way
Room are spacious and clean.
Excellent Spa and finally a special thanks to a hospitality rep by the name of Susane. I asked her to help me in several ways and she was always ready and happy to help me.

In case you did not know this hotel was the best of the best in the 70's back when Acapulco was a world class touristic spot. Obviously those days are behind but you can still get an idea of the golden days.
We stayed for 3 nights and I would definetly go back. Very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms (at least the ones in the corner of the building.

We enjoyed our STAY at “Princess Mundo Imperial” resort tremendously. The most enjoyable was the customer service and in particular Mr. Daniel Nieves. I travel a lot around the world and in all my travels to so many places I rarely have seen anyone going so much out of their way to help and make sure the guests are in absolute 100% comfort and satisfaction. Mr. Daniel Nieves is truly an asset to this resort. Not only he is fluent in English (perhaps one of the very few in customer service at this resort who speaks fluent English), he does know how culturally to communicate and interact with guests coming from different parts of the world thus making sure their stay is as pleasant as it can possibly be. We had issues with the room that we had been assigned and he resolved them professionally and in the most efficient manner. He also was a tremendous help in arranging our transfer to the airport. For anyone staying at this resort I strongly recommend to always ask for Mr. Daniel Nieves to help them.

This is such a nice hotel on so many levels. However, the rooms are from 1975. The location is perfect, the beach is beautiful. the service is top notch, the security if great, the pools are spectacular, but the rooms nee a big facelift.
