We went to El Tragadero on a day trip to Juarez and got a table immediately on a Monday for lunch. The menu was only in Spanish and the waiter spoke little english but we managed to order a variety of food, including rib eye steak. The sauces and beans were delicious and the corn tortillas made by a lady by hand on the stove at the entrance were great. The rib eye was extremely tender and juicy, but the flavoring of sauce was not clear and perhaps not so good. The quesadillas and tacos were good and with authentic flavor, but the meat filling not the same quality as the rib eye. Service and overall experience was good.
