Terrific view from room, lovely pool area, helpful staff, great bathtub, comfy bed, and so quiet! Very secure. Odd to have a casino downstairs...a bit of Vegas! Two great restaurants across the street.

Couldn’t wait to leave! Broken heater. Asked for robe & they charged $20 when heater was broken & sent blankets instead! I asked for a robe not maintenance b/c I just had surgery and didn’t want to be disturbed, but they sent 2 maintenance guys who were banging around for an hour or more in my room & weren’t able to fix the heater!!! OMG!

No cool or cold water in bathroom. Shower was scalding hot! Bathroom stank.

Didn’t charge for deposit when we checked in so we could not charge food to room.

We were suppose to be on medical floor with nurse and a group that we came with, but they OVERBOOKED!

DO NOT HAVE SURGERY IN MEXICO! We all had a lot of pain while awake on OR table! I kept telling the surgeon it hurt and he did not believe me! I was shaking profusely for the entire surgery! Terrified! Painful! No post op care or written directions! They administered a lot of drugs and antibiotics that i did NOT give permission! They did not give me Valium which i did request!! NIGHTMARE!

Others in our group were left in hallways ALL DAY waiting for a room change. Many broken things for our group of 15 too!

Another guest in our group broke his finger on a broken pool chair! Pool was not heated, freezing cold!

The guy at guest services on floor 11 obviously hated his job b/c he had an unfriendly attitude and made many errors with check-in and check out!

Only good thing was soft sheets and restaurant food and drinks(were expensive)! Fruit plate was $15 USD! Shuttle taxi was good, but did take a long time, 2 hours, to get to airport!

I will never return to this hotel or Mexico again! Perhaps an American chain hotel is better, but I don’t know b/c we did not feel safe enough to leave the hotel.

The building is nice. Rooms are ok. Hotel employees however have no idea of what is service.
Be careful of what they charge you with. Although you have some services included, they may charge you for them if you are not vigilant.
The manager don't care about the rudeness and lack of hospitality of the hotel workers.

Superb hotel in a great location, secure underground parking 15 pesos our whole stay, lots of restaurants and bars nearby, lovely room, large, spacious, great pool, dinner in Emma restaurant one evening was really good including free drinks from the hotel.

The staff couldn’t be more accommodating. Very friendly. English is very good for the most part. Rooms are clean. Nice restaurant across the street. Taxis available on a regular basis. Golf course directly behind hotel. Super nice buffet and room service is VERY reasonable. .
