The combination of the stunning garden setting with panoramic Valle views, top notch service and Michelin Star Chef Drew Deckman’s food makes Deckman’s en el Mogar a gourmet dining destination. Menu standouts were the Fresh Oysters, Spider Crab with Avocado and Abalone with Beets. Organic vegetables grown on the premises are used to supply the restaurant. Deckman’s exemplifies Baja cuisine at its best and continues to enthrall locals and visitors alike that appreciate the bountiful gastronomy and wine of the region.

Had a wonderful dinner at Deckmans this trip to the valley. Good is fantastic, everything comes in fine on outdoor grill. Food is all locally sourced and much from their own farm surrounding the restaurant.

I had hanger steak, awesome. Others had the rib eye for two and the sea bass, outstanding. Also had salads and soup before main courses, same just outstanding. Wine was excellent too and they have their own winery next door.

Tables are outside or under a roof with out walls.

Just a great place and not too far off the highway on the dirt road which is pretty even road.

This is by far my favorite place to eat in Valle de Guadalupe. We had a savory 5 course meal with impeccable presentation; the whole setup of the place is very original and fits perfect to the country side; the smell from the firewood and jazz music finishes up brining equilibrium to all senses for this magnificent experience. Loved it!

Nice spot, but not the best service in Valle de Guadalupe, the attitude from the staff and the chef did not help to the place atmosphere. The size of the kitchen should be proportional to the number of tables, this place should not admit more than 20 people. We wait for more than 30 minutes to got our beverages! Yes, in deed! You can imagine how long we wait for getting our meal, there are several better options in the area, than this place!

An extraordinary meal surrounded by a beautiful rustic setting. Our table enjoyed watching Chef Drew Deckman grilling and preparing his dishes. The grilled quail with chorizo powder was incredible.
