Firstly, I am an Accor Gold Member and still since my stay, the aftercare has been next to nothing.
I booked 12 rooms for 2 nights, many rooms had to move because their rooms smelt of sewage. My room also had this horrible smell.
After changing room (it was now gone midnight as we checked in late), I got changed for bed, and noticed some small stains on the sheets, these looked like blood or faeces!
Also, I could only get a couple of channels from the TV.
Before writing this, I complained direct, to only be offer 25 Euro worth of points as compensation (which I think is a ridiculous amount). After I rejected the offer, I had no further reply. I have also complained on Twitter and after a stock answer, they have ignored me. More
