Arrived late but very welcoming, room was clean and in great order. Always nice when a hotel is well maintained

My second Christmas with the Busby Hotel and it's wonderful staff. My family live close by and so the Busby Hotel has become my second family in Glasgow. My welcome could not have been warmer and every detail of care attended to in my room. It is rare to find a hotel where your preferences are remembered between visits but the Busby is that rarity, providing excellence in every aspect of their service from Reception to Restaurant to Housekeeping.
Maintaining this level of excellence in their care of residents during a very difficult time for the hospitality industry cannot be easy but every aspect of my stay ran smoothly and with great warmth from staff. I very much look forward to my next visit.

What a stunning little hotel, tucked away so close to Glasgow and East Kilbride but such an amazing find.
Great bar, nice food and lovely comfortable room. I was only here for 1 night this time but will defiantly be back and staying for longer.

Went here with work for dinner and a few drinks as well as staying over for the night. Rooms were lovely, rainfall shower was a particular luxury. The staff could not have been nicer, Beth and Ruth especially deserve a mention.
Would definitely recommend to anyone
