We have stayed here a number of times with the whole family visiting my other half’s grandparents and parents.

Very friendly staff, family rooms a good size. Usually a single bed and a sofa bed for the kids. Will provide a travel cot if needed.

Normally watch a movie when staying in a hotel but TV small and in the corner so didn’t bother.

Rooms of a good standard of cleanliness. Tea and coffee in the room.

I stayed for one night on a business trip. My welcome by the receptionist was warm and friendly. My room was on the first floor on the road side, it was well equipped, clean and quiet. There was a good sized TV, tea and coffee making, a hair dryer and good storage and hanging space for clothes. The bed was comfortable with additional pillows available. The curtains overlap so provide a dark room. The bathroom was very clean with a good and well powered shower. The hotel has a big and safe car park, covered by CCTV. There is a pub next door which serves breakfast and great food.Would use again and recommend.

Had a big trip round UK. Ripley staff were fab. Very clean rooms, warm and comfy. Perfect spot for travelling about. The associated pub was also just right. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
Thank you

My wife and I have stayed at this Hotel before. This time we were pleasantly surprised to find that our room in the original block had been given a makeover. The decor was freshend up and a wide screen Telly on the wall opposite the bed plus new desk chair and armchair. Unfortunately, the bathroom fan still whined annoyingly! But otherwise it was a comfortable stay and we both slept well over the two nights. The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. Plenty of car parking, but tradespeople do regularly use Premier Inns and we think they deserve reserved parking for their large vans separately. It must be awkward for them slotting in among smaller, vulnerable cars. We also wish there was a useful bus service with a stop on the main road to pick up guests from this Hotel. But those points aside, we always feel welcomed and at home at the Ripley Premier Inn.
