Best restaurant in town ! The food is always good and the ambiance welcoming !

Everything on the menu is good but my favorite is the paella.

We had the mussels and paella. Very good. I don’t like red sauces with seafood so Nathaniel was kind enough to have the chef do the mussels in lemon, butter, garlic sauce. Also have tapas on the menu. Prices average.

Have dined at Cafe Amelia a few times before and like before the meal was exceptional. I was so happy to see the recent hurricanes did not affect the quality of the meal or the exceptional tastes the kitchen has to offer. Definitely would recommend Cafe Amelia to anyone looking for a fabulous meal.

We were visiting on a cruise and we asked some locals where we could have lunch. This restaurant was recommended by more than one person. It is down an alley. It has a nice patio and can accommodate people inside as well. The food and service was excellent. The four of us would recommend this restaurant if you are in the downtown area.

We recently visited Charlotte Amalie while on a cruise. We stopped at Amalia Cafe for a drink and appetizer. The setting and ambiance of the restaurant is excellent. We had their sangria and shared their fried calamari appetizer. Our server was a young woman newly-arrived from Turkey who was both congenial and efficient. It was a very enjoyable experience.
