We are so happy to have found Amalia Cafe earlier this week while visiting St Thomas for medical reasons. We enjoyed the grilled octopus and clams in green sauce so much that we returned again the following night to sample other delights. The seafood is fresh and expertly prepared and there are some good selections of Spanish red wines to further enhance the dining experience. Edward, our server, made right-on recommendations and the owner, Maynard, told us how the restaurant came into being. It is a dining experience that should not be missed when in St Thomas. We look forward to a return visit later this year.
