Can't wait for my 3rd stay here. We recommend suite 308. It provides a view of the Christiansted Harbor and the seaplane coming in from St. Thomas. 2 baths a living area, balcony and amazing view.

smile

Room Tip: ste 308 and enjoy

We have stayed in hotels in St. Croix that are so far below what is expected, one had no telephone and no hot water! Kings Alley had both and it was clean and near the boardwalk. The staff were pleasant and our stay was most enjoyable.

We had Room 309 and the room had more ours than cons. Huge two room suite with great balcony view. Very clean, dated though but Tony, the manager and his staff should be commended for trying to please and accommodate us in our 11 day stay.
Very noisy at night as you are next door to all the very loud music. Minor inconvenience if you are tired at night and don't want to sit on the balcony around 10 pm. Beds were comfortable, lots of steps but good exercise and quick trip to the Island On The Cay for a swim during the day.
Not. A luxury hotel but you will probably on be sleeping there as the island if St Croix is so beautiful and memorable.
I will return.
Thanks Tony and staff.

Positive:

Well Well, I have visited the island of St. Croix on many occasions and have stayed in almost all of the hotels.... Kings Alley was a pleasant surprise because it was fairly clean. Most hotels in St Croix look run down, Kings alley was ok for St Croix standards. The room i was in was 207 there was only a view of the alley (hence the name of the hotel). The location is great because your on the boardwalk with all sorts of restaurants and shops. The hotel has no parking, the nearest parking lot is about 3 to 4 streets away, and Street parking is not easy in Christiansted. I would stay again.

Negative:

When we arrived to the hotel we waited about 15 minutes at the check in counter to find someone to check in. While we looked around we could hear a tv in the back. I rang the bell twice on the counter and no one showed up. I said hello a few times no answer, i then got the idea of going online and getting a phone number for the hotel and calling. Sure enough i call the hotel and a young man answers the phone, i tell him I'm at the check in counter so i hear him come out from the back room. What a surprise he was dead asleep. So if you show up and no one is there to check you in yell and scream because there back there somewhere....

Room Tip: I really don't know if there are any rooms better than the one i got. There was a construction going on the night i stayed so it was loud in the morning...

The hotel folks made our time memorable. We spent 5 nites at Kings Alley Hotel, based on TrAdv reviews, and our stay was great. We wanted to be in Christiansted and the Hotel was perfectly located. It was right on the boardwalk, easy walking to water trips, shopping, beverages and great dining. The room was really nice; well appointed with good beds, a french balcony, a Keurig coffee maker and a fridge. Will return again. There's no pool, but there's a big pond around to swim in. Parking is a minor problem in Christiansted.
