Dining at the Charter House 1863 was one of our best dining experiences during our week in St. Maarten...a real treat ! We started with the lobster bisque, which the waiter suggested sharing since the serving was large...good tip! My husband ordered wahoo while I savored the scallops and shrimp. Both were delicious! Of course, a good glass of wine was sipped during the meal. For dessert, we shared a creme brulee and each ordered a double espresso. The view over the lagoon is lovely and the waiters are attentive.
