This is a real mixed review. There were two problems with our meal, and remember this is probably the most expensive and exclusive public restaurant on the beach.
First was they forgot the side dish, ya, okay, sorry, we can live with that. Second was a big piece of glass came in the soup. You read that right, a big piece of broken glass. Not that big, my wife pulled it from her mouth. This is really scarey to me, but the staff took it well. The manager offered my wife a glass of wine and poured her a fast half glass. Rather insulting all in all, but remember two to five cruise ships each drop of about 1000 people into this town every day so really I don't expect much.
Now the food, and the reason this is an average rating. The glass was the bad, the food was the good. The salad was presented well, the main was good and the desert was the best.
So, they would have gotten a 4 or 5, that would be a 3 or 4 in any other place in the world, but I have to give an island correction since I don't expect much and am just happy when I find a restaurant open.More
