As appetizer, I asked a Tartar beef which it's not traditional cold raw meat with a raw egg in the center; this was an almost raw grinded meat with an almost raw egg (a sort of Benedictine), but hidden anchovies was the top special flavor. Just extraordinary.
As main course, I got lobster ravioli.It's minimalist but delicious, the oyster mushrooms were very tasty, and the broth was strong and thick.
