“Very good local lobster”

I love Caribbean lobster (also known as Florida and Bahamian lobster) and always seek it out when in the islands. Of all the lobsters I've had (which is a ton) this ranked in the top 5. Over 4 pounds, grilled just right and served with a big bowl of melted butter. The appetizers and side dishes were very good. The wines were very fairly priced. Good service and good prices. Not touristy at all -- a "locals" restaurant but tourists should grab a taxi and come out to this restaurant (less than 15 minutes from the Condado) and enjoy!

Has free valet parking and for 2 people, only waited maybe 10 minutes on a sunday for an early dinner. We were greeted right away with a server. We both went with the day specials. I had a chillo frito (red snapper fried) they actually are brought to you with sizes that you are interested in and you personally pick your fish. My dad had the sea bass in their famous "Cayo" which is a tomato based with shrimp, squid, oysters etc. Took a little longer than expected to get the food, as the place was PACKED. But the food came out super hot and it was delicious. Ive had several fried snapper's but this is one of the top ones. The only reason I am giving this place a FOUR rather than a FIVE is the noise level. We were seated near the bar area, which had the music on loud for some reason but there was also a baseball game going on, so the noise of people cheering was at times, extreme. Prices are very reasonable and have seen same dishes going for higher price at different restaurants. We will definitely be going back!!

Family friendly, valet parking, extremely crowded, but the food was great. It took time to be served... they need more servers! Only one bathroom for so many people.

Last night was maybe my fifth time here. I always prefer the bar area which is more "lounge/sport bar" kind of area. Is a little loud since at the time I was there (5:oopm) most of the people get here from work (happy hour time). I was with my brother and his wife. Food is excellent! Based on local coastal cuisine. Seafood, fresh fish (try the red snapper) but they also offer a limited variety of delicious dishes like "chuleta can-can" (a big crispy skin on pork chop) which I tried last night and it was very good. The best selling dish............fish tacos!!!!! Just spectacular!!!! Another attractive feature of this place is their happy hours. They last all night! So for you to have an idea, last night I was having Dewards with coconut water (not canned....but the real deal) all night at $4.00, which is a good fare for this kind of places! They also fix greats mojitos (try passion fruit mojito...mmmm!!!!!). Overall prices are good! But one thing you will love over everything I said until now.......SERVICE! Since you arrive you will be contact by a friendly valet parking staff. No extra charge but tips. Then inside you will be escort by a sweet host to your favorite area (tables or bar inside or a terrace outside). In the bar area there is a beautiful and friendly waiter called Angelica who will pamper you and serve you with the most high standards of quality. Smile included! Bartenders are very kind and cool!!!! Expect full house! This place is very trendy now!

It's not a place for a business dinner; its lousy and the service is not good. But the food is excellent. Is a place to go with your friends on a Friday or Saturday night.
