Everything was out of this world! Frescura (freshness) y sabor (and flavor), puedes escoger tu pescado fresco y la salsa (you could choose your fresh fish and the sauce) we had fried fish with garlic and it was amazing (pedimos pescado frito con ajo y fue espectacular), los calamares fritos (fried calamari), y el arroz con calamares (black rice with squid) estuvieron deliciosos (tasted great). No veo la hora de regresar!! Can wait to go back!!

If you visit San Juan do not miss this place. Come on Friday 7 pm, enjoy one of the best food in Puerto Rico, then walk into the Placita have some drinks and dance salsa until you drop dead. Do no drive back, since you gonna be drunk!

The food is superb. Starters like chistorra, piquillos or boqueron are fantastic. The paella is delicious!

Located in the famous Placita de Santurce, I would only go there during the day because the lack of parking and how crowded the area can be. Now they have valet parking, but at night it can still be a nightmare, so go by Uber.

Every time I come here I am in no rush, and regularly spend 2-3 hours or more just enjoying a good conversation and a good meal. The place tends to be crowded and, although there is outside seating that gives you a splendid view of the crowds that gather at the Placita, I rather enjoy the cool air inside, so I usually have to wait a while for a table. The place, being small, means that you are closer to your neighbor than you would like, but that's OK with me.

Anything you order here will be as fresh as it can possibly be in PR. Many fishes are flown in from other countries, but that holds true for most seafood restaurants in the Island. Still, they are fresh!! I ordered a whole fried red snapper or chillo, and it was crispy, very well seasoned, tender and juicy. Cats would not have anything to eat from my leftovers!!! This is and always will be one of my go to places for fresh fish.

Enjoyed fresh seafood for reasonable prices.

Fresh tuna
Lobster
Octopus

All tasted differently so the chef knows how to cook.

Really juicy and fresh taste.

The restaurant is opposite a market hall and in a very nice area.

Service was good as well.

Paid 90$ for 2 incl tip.

We haphazardly ended up in this restaurant after walking by the tables and seeing a pyramid of squid ink rice. It was really good food at a fair price. Fresh whole fried fish is the ticket. The fried sardines were great. The shining star, however, was the mixed seafood appetizer (cold, in an olive oil marinade). It was very, very good: clean, fresh, flavorful, and with a seafood mix that kept every bite interesting. I'd go back just for that dish. We also had the cod filet with garbanzos, which seemed like an odd combination, but actually was quite a nice match in the earthy sauce. Service was good and staff were pleasant. This place is a winner.
