We wanted to leave our resort to sample some true caribbean food and our taxi driver said this was an unbelievable place. It was very pretty, but the menu was a mixture of seafood and chinese food. The only very good item was the soup which was made table side. At $13.00 a bowl, it was very expensive too. Our bill for 5 adults and 4 children was well over $600.00, not including tip. The food tasted as if it was frozen first. It was not true caribbean fare and there were only two other families there. Locals could not afford to eat at such a pricey establishment or they just knew it wasn't worth it. I feel that they had a specially priced menu just for tourists. Not worth it, food would have been better at our all inclusive resort.
