First of all, DO NOT believe the negative reviews, this resort is amazing!! I have been to Jamaica 5 times as well as all-inclusives (some very "fancy" ones) in other countries and this is one of my absolute favorites!! Everything was wonderful from start to finish. The resort has a great layout, not too big and you can see the beautiful sea from everywhere. It feels safe and welcoming for families with young kids. We stayed on the splash side and upgraded to a ocean view suite which was worth it with 2 kids. Kids didn't love the explorers club, which we expected since they wanted to be on the waterslides and beach with us. We all loved the lazy river, the slides, floating in the sea, collecting shells, and just relaxing all day... Food was great! The breakfast buffet was delicious, we enjoyed freshly made omelets (the line moved fast), fresh fruit, pancakes, etc. We also loved the coco café for afternoon coffee and snacks. The jerk chicken at the grill for lunch was the best, we had it everyday and I miss it already! Restaurants always had something for everyone and the wait was never too bad. We were not in a rush on vacation anyway.... Entertainment was so fun. KENIJAH and MARSHALEE are awesome, friendly and down to earth, making everyone comfortable and happy. Entertainment was so fun. KENIJAH and MARSHALEE are awesome, friendly and down to earth, making everyone comfortable and happy. Such nice people who seemed to love what they do and are fantastic at it!! We loved the steel drum band night the best!!

We often got our own drinks but STEPHEN went out of his way to make sure everyone had drinks and was entertained and happy poolside, we loved seeing his warm smile and chatting with him everyday. We also loved the poolside zumba which my 4 year old son joined in with!!

This resort is not 5 star but the service feels like it. Please remember to tip the staff, they work so hard and really do an amazing job to keep people happy. Overall an awesome vaca in Jamaica!!!!More
